There are some times when it is okay
to shop by price alone, but
your logo design is far too important to entrust to the
designer with the lowest price.
I have seen other logo design
companies on the web that offer free unlimited changes
to my logo... how come you don't offer free unlimited
changes?
In the book of
Luke, Chapter 6, verse 31, Jesus taught
us "Do to others as you would have them do to you. -
NIV".
And so I have designed my business practices the way that I
wish other businesses would treat me. It is not possible for
a company to truly give unlimited
changes for free and still remain profitable,
and if a business is not profitable, then it will not
continue to stay in business.
Therefore, I believe that it is disingenuous and abusive to
try and take advantage of my customer's good faith in me by
telling them a "white lie"... that I am giving them
something for free, when in truth I (and they) know
that this is not possible. Instead, I have chosen to simply
tell my clients the truth, even at the risk of losing their
business to another company because they were lured into
believing that another business was giving their services
away for free. The truth is that I do not give away my
services for free (nor do the other companies), but I
also do not "pad the bill" with made-up charges or lie to
you just so that I can make a sale... I only charge you
additional fees if I need to do additional work. That is how
I like to be treated and so that is how I treat my
customers. If you ask me to do additional work, then I will
need to charge additional money for it... if I do not need
to do any additional work, then I will not charge any
additional money- period!
Other logo design companies
offer me several logo designs to choose from for one
price... why do you only offer a single design?
Actually, I do
have a design plan which offers five different designs for
one flat rate. It is my "Full Package" which offers
five designs and up to three hours of alterations for only
$1000. My other design plan, the "Á LA CARTE" option
is the one that has a single design for a flat rate of $250.
I created the "Á LA CARTE" as an option to the "Full
Package" in order to make it affordable for my clients to
get a high quality, custom designed logo without requiring
them to purchase all five different designs in the Full
Package. Here's how it works...
Instead of choosing my Full Package and paying $1000 to
purchase five different designs, you buy the designs "a la
carte"...one at a time for only $250 each. This way, if you
decide that the first design that I create for you has "hit
the mark", then you just saved $750 by not having to
purchase the other four designs. If you like the first
design, but would like me to make some minor changes, then
you pay only for the additional time it takes me to make the
changes for you instead of paying for another design. If you
decide that you would like for me to create a second design,
then you have the option to do so at the flat rate of $250,
and if you choose the second design as the final design,
then you have still saved $500. With this method I have
created hundreds of logos and my clients are happy because
they get a great logo design at a fraction of the industry
standard cost, and most of the time my clients end up
choosing the first design, and so I am able to save my
clients allot of money!
I have seen allot of other
companies offering several designs for very cheap prices,
some as low as only $100 for several different designs and
unlimited changes... why do your designs cost so much more
than those companies?
There is an old
saying that I am sure you are familiar with... "you get
what you pay for". I have seen many of these sites
myself, and I have also talked with clients of mine who
tried some of those places first, then came to me. Many of
those places have all sorts of slick "come-ons" and
marketing ploys such as lowball tactics designed to get you
in with the lure of an unrealistically low prices, then once
you've taken the bait, they switch you to something else to
milk more money out of you. Additionally, some of them do
nothing more than give you an already, pre-designed logo and
simply change the name on it to your company's or church's
name... and I have also seen some who create logos by simply
picking some clipart from a clipart-library and adding your
company's or church's name. It takes them all of fifteen
minutes to do this five or seven different ways, then
present them to you as your "custom" logo designs. If you
look at my logo designs you will see that my designs are
different... they are truly custom. I do not use some
simple. pre-fab clipart and text to design your logo,
instead each design is a custom illustration made according
to your specifications. Yes, you can pay less elsewhere, but
what will you be getting from them? Have a look at the logo
design samples on my site and you will see what kind of
design you will get from me! I don't have slick marketing
gimmicks and lowball tactics to try and lure you in like
they do... I just have straight-forward, up-front and honest
prices and services. Just ask my clients!

The Money Saving Option!
The standard method of logo design
as offered in the "Full Package" option is to create five different
designs for the client
to choose from. While this may be fine for companies that have a large
budget, those on a limited budget are forced to pay for 4 designs that
they know that they will be throwing away. So I created the "Á
LA CARTE" option in order to make it affordable
for my clients to get a high quality, custom designed logo without requiring them to purchase
five different designs. Here's how it works...
Instead of you paying $1000 to purchase five different designs, you
buy the designs one at a time for only $250 each. This way, if you
decide that the first design that I create for you has "hit the mark", then you just
saved $750 by not having to purchase the other four designs. If you like the first design, but would like

make the changes for you instead of paying for another design. If you
decide that you would like for me to create a second design, then you can
do so for the flat rate of $250, and if you choose the second design as
the final design, then you saved $500. With this method I have created hundreds of
logos and my clients are happy because they get a great logo design at a fraction
of the industry standard cost!
These two
packages are limited to text, for example, a company or
organization name, and one or at most, two graphical elements. Anything beyond this will be considered an
illustration and will be priced under the pricing guidelines of a custom
illustration. Alterations are deemed billable if a change is requested to
the design that was not originally indicated on the order form. All design
instructions including alterations must be in writing either via email or
postal mail. Any instructions given by phone directly or via the answering
machine will not be deemed as valid requests. Please feel free to call or
email
if you have any questions.
